Trade in lease I recently took my Honda Pilot (previously purchased at Performance) in to try and trade it for a brand new Accord. He worked with my current loan on the pilot to get me the best deal possible. Jen was out of town when I first went in but as soon as she got back she too stepped in to make sure the experience was a good one. I decided on the model and color of the accord I wanted and a couple days later (had some kinks on my end I had to clear up) I got the call that my car was ready. I went in and was greeted with smiles as they walked me to my car to make sure it was the one I wanted. After signing on the agreed deal, I was handed my keys and took my new beaut home! I got a special gift and note from Jen thanking me for choosing Performance Honda and sticking with them through my new deal. When we asked questions, or suggested waiting until they got a vehicle in that we felt we wanted to buy (color, options, etc.), they decided we weren't serious about a purchase and seemed to lose interest in us as a customer. Kevin (at Performance Honda) spent time with us answering questions. He was well versed on the vehicle we had decided on and never did use any "high pressure" tactics on us. We felt we were in control of our purchase decision. Kevin gave follow-up calls to find out if we were satisfied with our purchase, if we had any questions, or if there was anything regarding the vehicle we needed help with. More
