Everyone at Willey Honda are friendly and exhibit superb customer service! Initially, the price of the Honda Element brought us to Honda. The clearly understood cost of our first Element without any pressure to purchase something we didn't want just so they could make a bigger profit - like some other dealers will do - made a major initial impression on my husband and myself. My sales representative, Pete Black always makes me feel at home and welcomed - even when I'm not in to purchase a new vehicle. So does the General Manager, Ron Henson. We've always received wonderful and fair offers on our trade-ins. Purchasing a vehicle at Willey Honda is so easy and low stress. They are really interested in the customer getting what the customer wants over trying to cram unwanted junk simply to raise the price of the vehicle. The General Manager, Sales Reps, and the folks filling out all the paperwork, make the experience enjoyable and ensure you are fully aware of what papers you are signing and know everything about your vehicle before you drive off the lot. Once you purchase your vehicle, their Service Department is super! They keep all the information regarding your vehicle in a computer and immediately have that information available as soon as you call for an appointment. They address me by my name and know the model and year of my vehicles - while I know that information is in their computer, it really makes the customer feel good to have the service rep speak to you as if you are a friend and not just some stupid customer that hasn't a clue. We get everything done to our Hondas at Willey Honda - to include scheduled maintenance, new tires, wiper blade replacements, etc. Haven't had to have repairs completed but only because our Honda's haven't needed repairs, only maintenance. We have purchased 4 Honda Elements from Willey Honda. After our first, it was the great service we got from their Service Department that brought us back when we were ready to purchase another vehicle. Now it's their entire staff that keeps us coming back. One of my neighbors asked me why I would drive 35 miles for an oil change ... after she accompanied me once, she understood. With two Elements that are driven alot, I'm in Willey Honda quite frequently for oil changes. I know they are all busy, but they always take time (no matter how busy they are) to make me feel like they are happy to see me. More
We shopped on the internet and the response and price from Willey was great. When we got there we also recieved the best service and no pressure sales staff we have ever worked with. I had wanted to replace a 12-year-old car with over 202,000 miles on it. So I called around Salt Lake valley dealers and other dealers in Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado looking for a 2010 CRV EX. I determined that Willey Honda's no haggle price was the best I could find. Called Willey Honda and made an appointment to meet with Kathy Maddox on the last day of the year. She was very attentive to our questions and needs. The entire staff was very friendly. There was no high-pressure sales tactics from Kathy or her Manager. When it came time to work out the trade in value of my car, the Manager and I drove my car and he made what I felt as a very reasonable offer. The paperwork process was quick and the entire experience from start to finish took less than 3 hours. This was my second Honda purchase from Willey Honda, and as long as we purchase Honda's, they will be my dealer of choice. More
I have to admit that my wife and I ended up at Willey Honda by chance rather than by design. I had been researching small hatchbacks and decided that a Honda Fit was worth a personal look and a test driv Honda by chance rather than by design. After checking inventory on the web, I found that Willey Honda was the only dealer in the area with a Fit Sport with a manual transmission. So, on Saturday morning we drove over to check it out. We were met at the sidewalk by Kathy Maddox, who immediately went to check if the car was still available. It was, so she got the keys and we took a test drive. Kathy was helpful without being pushy, and agreed to hold the car until later that afternoon while we checked out a couple of other models. We did so, and decided that the Fit was the best fit for us. The sales experience was very low key. The dealer did not try to load us down with extras we didn't want, and overall this was one of the top two car buying experiences I have had in over 35 years of buying cars. More
After calling and speaking with every Honda dealer in the state, Kathy at Willey Honda was the only person that presented the idea of my lease end Odyssey having value as a trade. Apparently he had the same great experience at Willey Honda and it was with Kathy as the salesperson also. He drove from American Fork and I came from West Jordan. It's obviously not the proximity. When I requested a quote from Willey Honda, Walker responded very quickly with a great price. The quote was very straight forward and included all costs/fees so that I could really see what I'd be spending. I really appreciated the haggle-free atmosphere, and it definitely made me want to buy my car there. The whole process was easy. They made sure that they found the exact car that I was looking for, and really made it a good experience. I have already told others about my good experience there. More
