A easy going dealership , Great !!! Went looking for a used first car for our son that will be going to college . We met Arnie and what a great friendly person . Our son did not know we Went looking for a used first car for our son that will be going to college . We met Arnie and what a great friendly person . Our son did not know we went looking for a auto but he already new he wanted a KIA Soul., he liked them for years . I talked with Arnie on a Soul that was just turned back from a 2 year lease . I know our son would like the color etc and they also traded in a older car we had . We made a deal and told Arnie that we would pick the car up next day and that my son will have no idea when he comes it was his car . When we arrived at KIA Performance the next day with our son Arnie had balloons on the car and the shop made the inside and out of this used car look brand new . Our son loved the car and Arnie held the secret and showed him the car like we had never seen it before and explained every option on the car and how it works to my son and when he finished with all that we finally told our son it was his KIA Soul . Arnie you made our sons and the rest of the family a day we will never forget, a big thank you . The rest of the staff are also friendly and did not walk by without telling you hello.
