Excellent This is the second car I have purchased with Performance Kia. This is not the second time I visited to buy a car. They helped get my soul when I did This is the second car I have purchased with Performance Kia. This is not the second time I visited to buy a car. They helped get my soul when I did not have the best credit. After a year I want to trade it for something I would be happier with but it did not work out. No matter how many times I stopped Angela always went the extra mile to help me. After I did a little more work on my end, I was finally able to trade the soul in and got the optima. I am extremely happy with this car and very grateful for all the help i received from Angela know matter how many times I showed up. I am also very grateful of the work Mark put in to get me the financing I needed. Thank you everybody. More

He worked with me and my budget and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. With Fred as my salesman I felt I was buying a car from a person I’ve know for years. He is a great guy, knows his stuff, makes you feel comfortable, and we were telling jokes to each other the whole time I was there. terrible service deptartment Sales department was awesome, but dont get fooled by that! Had 3 oill changes done by them and 2 of them they overfilled the oil and it leaked out ont Sales department was awesome, but dont get fooled by that! Had 3 oill changes done by them and 2 of them they overfilled the oil and it leaked out onto my garage floor. Gave a remote car starter and they are telling me mt kia optima was not designed to have the rear window defrosters come on with remote start.Whats the purpose of having a remote starter to defrost front windows but not back windows. Having trouble with my key also it keeps jamming up and the said you are only suppose to have 1 key on your ring when you put it in to start the car. I only have my kia key and a house key on the ring so they tell me i have to much weight on it and i will have to carry 2 separate key chain, one for house and one for car. Really?????. More

Within the span of 3 weeks, Performa My husband and I both thought we were doomed to driving cars we were praying would last from one day to the next. Within the span of 3 weeks, Performance Kia and most importantly Levi Miller put me in a 2017 Kia Forte and my husband in a 2016 Kia Soul. I didn't for a split second feel pressured. Levi and the entire team from finance to vehicle delivery were extremely helpful and welcoming. It is needless to say that we'll return for future purchases. More
