We never thought about going to look anywhere else. We called our salesman, Marc Kowalk, and explained our situation and that we wanted to purchase another Honda Accord. The dealership liked our loyalty to them since we were coming back just a few months later to purchase another vehicle. We were very pleased with the deal we received. The Finance Manager, Todd Loux, processed both our purchases and does an awesome job! The entire process only took a couple of hours and we were out the door. He is a salesman who doesn't act like a salesman. You never feel pressured or uncomfortable about making a decision. It's like you're talking to a friend! Making sure my family is safe! We had purchased a 2015 Odyssey earlier this year and unfortunately it kept having some frame/structure issues that were from when the van was built. We had purchased a 2015 Odyssey earlier this year and unfortunately it kept having some frame/structure issues that were from when the van was built. (An almost unheard of problem) After a few attempts to fix the problems we became very concerned for the safety of our family. We were very worried that if we were to be in an accident the van would not preform as it should and result in serious injury (or worse). After expressing our concerns with Jonathan he whole heartedly agreed that safety was of the upmost importance.
