Rude and Condescending I bought a used Jeep from Kings Honda two years ago. I bought a number of warranties with the car including one for the tires. About 6 months after I bought a used Jeep from Kings Honda two years ago. I bought a number of warranties with the car including one for the tires. About 6 months after I bought the car, I visited their service department and asked for them to check over the whole car and make sure everything was OK and nothing needed service. In the 2 years I've owned it we've only put about 6000 miles on the Jeep. Today I brought it in because one of the valve stems on the tires had broken. The Service Advisor I met with first literally laughed in my face when I suggested this should be covered under the warranty and I was given a lesson in the anatomy of the wheel vs. tire. Long story short, when I bought the jeep there were metal caps on the valve stem. Unbeknownst to me this causes the stem to corrode and the cap to fuse to the stem. We haven't had any issues until now with needing air in the tires, so I didn't know this was an issue. The Service Advisor told me I needed to go to the Jeep Service because they couldn't help me. I said that since they had sold me the jeep with the caps, they should replace the stems for me. The service Manager ANDY FRENCH told me they wouldn't have sold me a jeep with those on there. I assured him they had. So then he said, well it's been two years, too bad. I said but you sold me a jeep with metal stem caps that you just admitted are faulty. To which he replied that he couldn't check everything on the cars they sell and replace items like that or "he'd go broke." Too bad for him, I was about to purchase a new Honda Accord. Not only will I not be purchasing one from them, I'm seriously considering not purchasing a Honda at all because of this terrible treatment. More

Worse experience ever! If you're smart don't go to Kings Honda but if you do find yourself there don't let their Sales Manager, Jon, help you. My wife and I recently went to look for a new car at Kings Honda because our family needs a bigger car than our current car. My wife was indecisive because she was nervous about making such a large purchase. On our first visit we decided to wait and I was then cornered by Jon who insisted he didn't understand why we decided to wait and then started to try and use pressure tactics. I left pissed. We went back because the original Salesman was nice and had been emailing my wife with some cars they had recently gotten in. Once we were there we were passed off to another sales person, test drove one of the cars, loved it, and asked her what we'd be looking at as far as a loan. We then waited for about 30 minutes and then our dismay here's Jon again, who said he really doesn't understand why we're discussing this again because this car is $6000 more than the last one. At that point we just left. I have worked as a multi unit retail leader for years and this was the worst customer experience I have ever seen!! We were trying to spend more money and was treated like crap for it. More

Unplanned new car purchase! My old car was getting up there in years and needed some work done. Bob listened to exactly what I wanted and I left the lot that day in a brand new 2014 Accord Ex-L for $3 LESS a month than what I was paying on my previous car. I absolutely LOVE my new ride! I will be staying with this dealership as long as I live in the city for all service and purchase needs! More

So right now you fail on all attempts to give good customer service. The guys working on the cars have been great for the last 15 yrs, too bad the humans in the other departments cannot be as good. Kings Honda=Great Price/Angel Hablutzel=Awesome Salesperson! I purchased a Honda CR-V from Kings Honda a couple of months ago and was very happy with the entire experience. I contacted multiple (20+...yes I rea I purchased a Honda CR-V from Kings Honda a couple of months ago and was very happy with the entire experience. I contacted multiple (20+...yes I really did!) dealerships and Kings Honda and Angel Hablutzel were able to beat the lowest price by $150 (most dealerships were $750-$1000 more). Because I was getting such a great deal, I thought when I got to the dealership, they would pull some bait-and-switch or give me the hard sell on extras. Nothing could be further from the truth. Angel was very friendly and professional. She mentioned all of the add-ons and offered them to me but whenever I would say I was not interested, she would just move on to the next step in the process. I so appreciate the low-pressure, kind and professional way that Angel did business that I would happily make another purchase with her. If you go to Kings Honda, ask for Angel!! More
Best Service I've Ever Experienced On my Honda Accord Coupe my navigation started acting up, in order for the Tech Team to diagnose what was wrong it had to be acting up. So I death with Dean in service and he was awesome! Dean worked with me and was super kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. It ended up being the navigation system so they covered the unit per the warranty. Then about a year in a half my navigation starting acting up again so I stopped by the service department and unfortunately Dean wasn't there but I explained that I had been working on this before so the next day he was in he called me to try and rectify the situation. It turned out to be the screen but per the warranty everything was covered. Dean made a major disruption go very smoothly. I will never go to another Honda either for purchasing a new car or for service. This Honda is hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with! Rachel More
