I had an incredible experience at Kings Honda last weekend purchasing my 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Everything was well organized, everyone was polite and knowledgeable. However, I have to specifically tell you what an amazing employee you have in Herbert Singleton. He walked me through the entire process with ease and did not leave my side the entire time I was there. He gave me good advise and was so easy to talk to in general. I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in good hands all day. Since purchasing the vehicle, he has called twice to make sure everything was good and to deliver the items I was still waiting on. From my understanding, he had surgery and was out for a long period of time. You wouldn't know it though because he ran circles around people all day and went from one end of the lot to the other multiple times without a single complaint. If anyone else would have helped me that day, I know my experience would have been completely different. I hate car shopping, but not now. Please recognize this man for a job well done.
