Car buying for me is always a difficult, grueling experience. I first started communicating with Angel via email where I described what I was looking for and she got back to me very quickly. I live about 45 minutes away from the dealer and she gave me prices over the phone without any hassle or problem. I was still a bit apprehensive about the interaction until I got to the dealership. Angel was very kind and got right to the point. She didn't try to inflate the pricing or play any games regarding the purchase of the car. It was an easy, enjoyable experience. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated her help. She even offered to give me a bag to empty out the belongings of my old vehicle. We were passing through from out of town and our Pilot broke down just up the road from Kings. We found ourselves having to trade it in on the spot. We feel they went over and beyond their job, for example, when it was time to fill up my new car for us to leave, the salesman used his own money because the Honda company card wouldn't work at the place we went to. Also, we had our dog with us for the whole time we were there, and everyone was very understanding about it. They even let the dog test drive the car with us :-) Really glad we ended up at Kings! In the future if we need another Honda we would drive 1.5 hours to go back to Kings. More

Phil Gellman was a great salesman. My Mom was purchasing a new car and he took the time to explain things and answer any questions she had. He worked to find the right vehicle for her.
