This was my first visit to a Honda dealer. It was a very enjoyable experience. I haven't bought a car in over 13 years. So when I went to King's Honda, I really had no idea what to expect. Syed (salesman) was extremely friendly, and answered all of my questions about the car. After my test drive, he was quick and efficient with the paperwork process. I worked with Darla for the financing, and she was fantastic! I have pretty poor credit, and she worked for over an hour contacting multiple lenders to get me the best possible deal. She even took me back out to the lot to show me other cars in my price range, looking for the perfect car. In the end, I ended up purchasing the car I originally test drove. Neither Syed nor Darla ever made me feel pressured to purchase a car, and Darla was very careful to make sure I was comfortable with my payments. When it comes time for my husband and daughter to buy a car, we will definitely be going back to King's Honda, and working with Syed and Darla again. More

I had printed an add offer from another dealer that was a lot further away from me. Just to see what would happen, I took it to Kings Honda since is was just a few miles from where I lived. I took it to the first salesperson I encountered and said if they would match it, I would drive away with a new Honda. Dustin tells me, ok, lets see what we can do. He took the add to the finance guys and led me off to look at the cars. I picked the one I wanted and then waited on the finance guys. I fully expected them to say they couldn't really match the add because it wasn't the exact same car and options, etc ... but to my surprise, they matched it to the penny. Not $5 more a month or more down payment. Right to the penny. They were even low key when it came time to offer me all the extra stuff like extended warrant or other options. They took my first "no" and let it go. An hour later, after a soda and some cookies, I got my nice clean car with a full tank of gas and away I went. Could not have been happier with Kings Honda and Dustin. Will definitely recommend and use them again in the coming years. More

I dropped the car for the service of muffler. I had to change whole muffler system because the pipes were totally ripped or splitted. I paid more than $700 for the service. When I got the car back, the engine light was on which was not on when I dropped. So, I asked, but they were like " NO, it was already on". they kept saying it. I am not a stupid, if it was already on, I would have already asked them when I dropped it. And they said that it is problem with Oxygen sensor heater...and they asked for more than 400$ in order to change Since, I was busy, I didn't want to argue. So, I took it back and was driving without fixing it, few days ago, I went to different auto shop and asked for checking, and they said few option why the oxygen sensor might be on, one of the option they said is muffler. I mentioned that I changed whole pipes..and the auto shop technician told me that muffler might caused the issue and asked me to bring the car back to the dealer. Also, the technician told me that it would not cost $400.00..the oxygen sensor normally cost $50-100... So, I called the Kings honda and asked for the General Manager, who were out of the office, Mike, I left my voice message with my phone number. But I didnot get anything back. I sent a request for an e-quote on a 2013 Honda Fit, and Gulia Petalver responded quickly with a firm number (other dealers called, wouldn't g Honda. Gulia called and suggested I come in that evening. When I met with her she was friendly, informed about the vehicle, and reasonable when negotiating my trade-in. I never felt pressured or like I was "playing games." The financing process also went quickly and smoothly. We inquired about a new Honda Pilot via internet due to a busy time of year for us.
