This was a no hassle purchase. I received a price via the internet. I exchanged several emails with Gulia who was very helpful in answering my questions. He also walked us through the purchase process and there was not haggling over the price, which my Wife and I apprecaited. We do not enjoy the traditional sale/purchase process. I also spoke with Jeff Butler about our interest in purchasing a car. I'm afraid I don't remember the finance manager's name that took care of our financing, but it was a relatively painless process as well. We had trouble getting my iPhone to sync up with the car, so Gulia met me the day after our purchase and helped me get it working. This is the way I prefer to buy a car. More

I just bought this car two weeks ago, and I already have to do work on it. Yeah, it's a used car, but these guys won't do anything to make your life easier. I told them a week ago that I need an alignment, to do work on it. Yeah, it's a used car, but these guys won't do anything to make your life easier. I told them a week ago that I need an alignment, took it to them for them to tell me that the alignment's fine.The car pulls to the left and the steering wheel isn't set straight. They told me to bring it back for a mechanic to look at it, so I did. When I brought it back, the tech looked at everything and said I do need an alignment! Alright, that's what I was thinking. Then they wanted to charge me $137! Rob told them to give me a "discount" which brought it down to $100. You can seriously go anywhere else and have one done for less than $60. Not only did they waste my time and money, but I not have a car sitting in my works parking lot that needs a new starter, one that didn't go bad until I took it to them to look at my car! Something inside of me thinks they did something with it, because I've never ever had a single problem with it not starting, and when the tech was done and they brought it back in the service station, it wouldn't start back up. But it was alright with them because they did wash the piece of crap. & Robert won't talk to you at all if he's already sold you a used car. Very poor communication. I will never buy a used car from this dealership again. The customer service it great if you're looking at buying a car, horrible once you've purchased it. More

Easy buying experience. Used "true car" pricing through AMEX. Didn't have my color but found it within 24 hours. Buying process when it arrived took only an hour.
