I recently paid for a used 2012 Chevy Cruse from this dealership. I say paid for since I've not taken possession of the car just yet. The entire experience with this dealership to date has been, at bes dealership. I say paid for since I've not taken possession of the car just yet. The entire experience with this dealership to date has been, at best, disappointing. I started by inquiring via the web site about the car and received a prompt response from an internet specialist. My wife and I stopped by one evening to look at the used car. Mark Belperio was the salesperson that first approached us. We test drove the car with Mark along. Mark was unable to answer questions we had regarding the vehicle except whether the mfg warranty still applied given the low miles. This is understandable given a used Chevy at a Honda dealer, but he made no offer to get answers and really never seem interested in helping. After receiving and exchanging emails on a Friday evening and Saturday morning with the internet rep regarding price reductions, I needed to stop by Saturday morning (Saturday Aug 24) to purchase the car (a sizable good faith deposit via credit card over the phone was not acceptable) but made it clear that my wife was not able to join me and if there were papers to sign, she’d have to follow up at a later time. I arrived at the dealership and both Mark and the internet specialist assisted in getting all he paperwork completed, but was repeatedly asked when my wife would be in to sign because “this has to be done by the end of the month." I assured them she would make that happen and they gladly accepted my check for full payment. After a wait for a Finance manager, I signed whatever papers I could, asked for a receipt for the check I had just written and was told that I’d get copies once my wife signed her part. I was again asked when that would happen because “she needs to do this before the end of the month.” After promising that we’d be back quickly I was told to call ahead to Mark when my wife was coming so they could have all the paper work ready. I called on Monday morning and told Mark she would be in around 4:00. She arrived at 4:00 and asked for Mark. He was paged and although he has sitting alone in the waiting area my wife needed to approach him of help. He escorted her to the finance manager and left. The Finance guy informed her that the paperwork was mistakenly passed on and not in the building (why no call to us telling us not to come in seeing as we need to call in advance?) When can she come back and sign and pick up the car seemed to be the topic of discussion. My wife told them him she was in meeting for the next several days and could not come back until after the weekend. “Maybe we can find someone to drop them by your work” She told them Tuesday would work, but was told that both individuals were off. The finance guy left to page Mark who upon hearing the page quickly left the building. So my wife is standing there alone with no one to help. After it became obvious that no one was going to assist she left. No calls to apologize or make other arrangements, but I guess that’s’ to be expected since everyone is off in Tuesday. I guess I’ll get a call on Wed asking when we can pick up the car? It's obvious that once the sale is over and the check has exchanged hands service levels drop even lower. It was promised that the car would be detailed inside and out for pick up ... we'll see how true that is UPDATE 8/30 Sales manager Andy French called me with a genuine apology. He admitted that the staff had handled the interactions inappropriately and had Mark deliver the vehicle to my wife, along with the papers that needed to be signed, to our home. They arrived on time and the vehicle was clean, with a full tank of gas and all paperwork included. While Mark apologized for the original paperwork being misplaced, he never acknowledged, nor apologized, avoiding helping my wife when she went in to sign papers. I guess he just doesn’t get it. Anyway I have changed my opinion of the dealership and would recommend them for those shopping for a Honda. I will, however, tell folks to steer clear of Mark Belperio as a sales rep. More
This is a great dealership. I have leased 4 cars from Kings (and it's predecessor Century) since I moved to Cincinnati and have had great experiences each time as Eric has been involved in each transacti Kings (and it's predecessor Century) since I moved to Cincinnati and have had great experiences each time as Eric has been involved in each transaction and Rob the last two. He was good and helpful. Got what we wanted fast and easy. Helped us get what we want to our price and always answered our phone calls within 24 hours or less when not picked up. Only downfall was that easy. Helped us get what we want to our price and always answered our phone calls within 24 hours or less when not picked up. Only downfall was that we had some miscommunications which had a little problem but in all it was good. More

Joe brought us our vehicle paired our phones up with it and made sure that we had everything we needed before we left. Joe saved our opinion of Kings Honda and I hope that he received credit for our purchase. More
We knew Marc Kowalk from 3 years ago when we bought our Odyssey and Civic through him. Since that time we considered him one of the best Sales Person we've found. It was then very natural to come back to h Odyssey and Civic through him. Since that time we considered him one of the best Sales Person we've found. It was then very natural to come back to him now that was time to buy our first car to our daughter. And he delivered it: same personal care, patience and wisdom to help us make the best decision in terms of overal value. He is an asset to Kings' Honda and we wish to reconnect soon. Liz Johnston is another jewel in the Kings Honda Team. In Mark's absence she was able to assist us in all of our doubts and with a latin touch, she helped us through the maze of options toward the best for Ana. She can connect to latins in a way other cannot so please trat her as an asset as well. Saludos! Overall it was a great experience, and together with value this is what counts. More
Rob was very helpful in finding me the car I was looking for at the price I can afford. He made every effort to make my time at the dealership enjoyable and comfortable. The overall experience was excellent, as was each point of the experience. When we arrived at the dealership, Liz was waiting for us near the entrance at the appointed time. We were thrilled to find out of the experience. When we arrived at the dealership, Liz was waiting for us near the entrance at the appointed time. We were thrilled to find out right away that Liz is a Christian. This immediately put us at ease. Liz promptly took us to the vehicle so that we could test drive it. I made my purchase through a car buying service, which resulted in no haggling on the price. There was some minor confusion because I sent a follow-up email to Mr. Bush and because of the poor wording of my query and some oversight, I was quoted a different price via email. I misinterpreted the email price quote as including TTL and all fees (i.e., being the bottom line price), when in fact, it was quote for a sale price. When I came to the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle, I presented both the car buying service certificate and the email to Liz. This resulted in some initial confusion with a price significantly higher than what I was expecting. Liz spoke to the manager, and the situation was quickly resolved. The paperwork was completed quickly and all of our questions were answered without us feeling like we were being deceived or that anything untoward was taking place. Once we had provided Liz everything that she needed, we were met by Glen to complete the financing, title, and registration paperwork. This paperwork was completed quickly and without any pressuring (specifically as it relates to our wish to decline extended warranty and other optional coverages). Once the paperwork was complete, the vehicle preparations were finalized, and I was taken to the vehicle. Liz offered to help me pair my phone to the vehicle's Bluetooth system. We experienced some difficulty, so she asked Nick to help. Nick spent 30 minutes trying to help me, but in the end we concluded that my phone was too old to work correctly with the vehicle (this was based on Nick pairing his own phone to the car and everything working right away). In the end, this was the most pleasant and hassle-free car buying experience I have had yet. More
My husband and I visited Kings Honda to view and test drive a Certified 2012 Touring Elite Odyssey and the new 2014 EX-L Odyssey. Angel was a great sales consultant to work with. She gave informative d drive a Certified 2012 Touring Elite Odyssey and the new 2014 EX-L Odyssey. Angel was a great sales consultant to work with. She gave informative details about each model, compared the two and helped me decide which was best for my family's needs. Jeff was helpful in deciding between a purchase and a lease and showing us how each could benefit us. They both patiently answered every question my husband and I had over a two day period while we tried to decide what we really wanted. When we finally decided Angel and Steve stayed after closing to get all our paperwork done so we could take the Van home that evening. I will return to Kings Honda when in need of a vehicle again. Nate Myers, the Sales Manager, met us at the front desk after we arrived and explained that all of his sales consultants were in a training class but that he would go and ask one to assist us. A moment la after we arrived and explained that all of his sales consultants were in a training class but that he would go and ask one to assist us. A moment later, Al Glover greeted us, asked what kind of vehicle we were looking for, and took us to the lot to view Used Pilots. My daughter, who was the purchaser, had found a 2011 Pilot on-line that looked interesting, and it was still available. From the beginning of our interaction, Al was very professional and knowledgeable--thoroughly but concisely explaining features of the car and answering questions. While interested in making a sale, he never exerted any kind of pressure. He is a very friendly man and it was easy to develop a rapport and be comfortable that my daughter would receive a fair deal. Nate is very knowledgeable and experienced in financing and was able to offer excellent advice about loan options and then worked to find a loan at just 1 percent interest, with me co-signing. As Sales Manager, he explained the cost breakdown for the car my daughter was about to purchase, and used an on-line site to compare the features of this car with one she had test driven at another dealership. Our overall experience was excellent and I am likely to be back in a year or so when I make my next purchase. Scott Minamyer More
