It had all of the options I wanted, and didn't have the ones that I didn't care to pay extra for, either, so it was great. I knew I would like a Honda, having had one years ago, and I was excited to look at a CRV. My experience at Kings Honda was very positive. The day I went in to Kings Honda, I really had not been planning on making a final decision but I wound up driving away in my new Urban Titanium CRV EX. Here is what I loved (besides the car): My salesman, Joe Klosterman, knew the vehicles (CRVs) inside and out and could tell me every fact without making it complicated and he could answer every question and concern I had with virtually no feeling of sales pitch or convincing. He listened to me as I described the type of driver and car buyer I am and matched my interest to the right vehicle. Everything was calm, efficient and easy. I felt like everything went smoothly from the moment i walked in until I left. Joe made sure to show me the service center and introduce me to the manager there. I added some features so I need to return the car to have them added, and when this gentleman called me to set the appointment, I already knew him and exactly where to drop off the car. Finally, Joe called me a few days after the purchase to see if I had any questions or concerns. We went in to take care of some some paperwork and some additional paperwork. Marc took car of us as if he was making the actual sale the day before. Tonight was my families second night of going out to Kings Honda to lease a second Honda Civic LX. We currently have A Dodge Durango that is costing us $80+ every week to fill up. We had previously gone Kings Honda to lease a second Honda Civic LX. We currently have A Dodge Durango that is costing us $80+ every week to fill up. We had previously gone to Kings Honda to lease a 2013 Civic LX about two weeks ago and were lucky enough to get Brent as our salesperson! Brent was every thing that most customer service is not nowadays friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, funny, and most of all honest! Which brings me back to the Durango because we no longer want to shell out that kind of money and we are going to put it on the market, so we gave Brent a call. Brent let us know that he was with another customer, but listened to what we were looking for and said he would get right back with us (which he did). At the time of my call, my wife was in Kings Nissan talking to their salesperson who was trying to give us "a deal" on a Versa. We left Kings Nisaan laughing at the price they quoted us! We drove directly over to Kings Honda and Brent already had things rolling on getting us in our second lease! The staff at Kings Honda worked with us and we were out the door very quickly in our second leased vehicle! I also have to give mention to Todd and Will for making an anxious portion of the experience (the financial part) as easy going as sitting down and speaking with an old friend! Kings Honda has my families business for life! I'd also like to nominate Brent for salesperson of the month, year, decade! More
