Brent is one of your best salesmen! His customer service is over the top. We started our visit with Mark Kowalk who had a personality conflict with my wife and we requested another salesmen. Mark was horrible, it was clear we did our research and knew more about the MPG of the different models of Odyssess, all he needs to do is agree that she knew more then go for the sale. Either way Brent came out with humor, suggestions, and didn't push a hard sale. Brent is the single reason I will recommend your dealership to our friends and family. We got a great Honda at a very fair price. More
I dealt with 4 other Honda dealers via the Internet on a CRV quote. Kings was initially the highest lease quote. I then visited the dealer with the best quote, did the test drive, and then color availabilit CRV quote. Kings was initially the highest lease quote. I then visited the dealer with the best quote, did the test drive, and then color availability became an issue, plus 2wd was hard to find, then the yearly mileage changed, then the 4wd quote was way too high, etc. Became very frustrating. This is my 5th leased car so I was angry with the nonsense. Went back to Gulia and had a deal within an hour or so. Came in last night, dropped off my Crosstour, got the CRV, deal done as quoted. Gulia handled it all...no frustrating back and forth with a "manager". Gulia knows the product very well, knows the dealership well, she's very precise and organized. She is very service oriented. Best Internet sales contact among the Tri-State Honda dealers. She is a real asset for your dealership. More
The dealership was extremely busy when I was there. Daniel did his very best to get us through the purchase process as quickly as he could but it seemed that the dealership was a bit overwhelmed. For myself, he did a great job, for others I spoke with some people who were interested in test drives that left after waiting an hour or so to speak with a sales rep. Perhaps this is a busy time of year, I am unsure but would recommend a better method of streamlining processes to reduce wait times for potential customers. As I said, Daniel did a great job of communicating to us where we were in the line of people to be served throughout our experience, which helped. More

I had lost interest in a vehicle I had specifically requested to see, but the second car and great price convinced me to buy. I left the dealership excited about the car, extremely happy with the price and impressed with the professionlism of the sales staff. This was my first experience with purchasing a car via an internet pricing quote, which resulted in a "no hassle" deal. This seems to be the way to go. More

Rob even ushered the process along so the we could get our fussy little one home for a bottle and a nap. I took the truck to a freind's shop to be checked over after the purchase for a second opinion. He said the engine and filters were clean enough to eat off of and the vehichle was in great shape. I can't say enough about my positive experience with Rob Larson and Kings Honda. I highly recommend giving them the chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed. More
We have purchased two vans from Kings Honda in the past 10 months. The first experience was pleasant and the dreaded waiting for the deal to get done was not so bad. The second time we purchased a van just a few days ago topped our prior experience. All in all, it took only 90 minutes to go from choosing a van to getting pricing, applying for credit and signing on the dotted line. This is our second time dealing with Nate Myers and he is AWESOME!! We met Gulia this time as well and she was great and had everything ready as promised and when promised. Loved our experience!!!!! More
