We have purchased two vans from Kings Honda in the past 10 months. The first experience was pleasant and the dreaded waiting for the deal to get done was not so bad. All in all, it took only 90 minutes to go from choosing a van to getting pricing, applying for credit and signing on the dotted line. This is our second time dealing with Nate Myers and he is AWESOME!! We met Gulia this time as well and she was great and had everything ready as promised and when promised. Loved our experience!!!!! Gulia has taken good care of us right from entering into the showroom until we checked out with the new Honda odyssey EX-L. After purchasing the vehicle and ready to leave, the salesman found that it also had a soft Jeep Wrangler I purchased and very happy with the price. Very friendly before the sale. Afterwards not so much. Purchased a used car that came with only one key. The sales process was fine, but things went bad the next day when I went to the parts department to Purchased a used car that came with only one key. They told me they couldn't just give me a second key, and to buy one it would be $100. Fortunately I had already gotten a quote from another dealer so I knew better. Went to Honda East instead and got the key for $23.58. Buyer beware. If you go to Kings Honda for service be sure to get a second opinion on whatever they tell you it will cost. More
