The first time we went in we knew what car we wanted.We took it for a test drive and loved the car. We decided the color we liked. Tony showed us all of the features that was different from our 2012 Accord, In an hour and a half we had signed all of the papers and were on our way. Couldn't have asked for anything more. More
Rob was such a nice guy. He worked with us to find the civic for us showing us how everything works along with all the options on the vehicle. My husband and I were very pleased with our car buying experience at Kings Honda. We had stopped by to look at a minivan a month prior to buying. We spoke with Rob Larson very briefly (5 minutes or less) because we were not ready to buy that day. Rob was very friendly and knowledgable about the products he was selling. We returned a month later and were impressed that he remembered us and what we had talked about and other details of our conversation. We negotiated a great price on a 2013 Odyssey Touring Elite with Rob and Kelly Bruner. They were both professional, courteous, knowledgable, honest and very patient while helping us with our car selection and purchase. They were eager to help us but not pushy. We felt like they answered all of our questions honestly. We had visited several dealerships prior to Kings Honda. With the exception of one person at another dealership, Kings Honda was the only dealership that we had a positive experience. All of the staff we met at Kings Honda was very friendly. Anyone who is looking for a great family car with a third row seat should definitely consider the 2013 Honda Odyssey. I never thought I would have these words would come out of my mouth, but we love our new minivan! It is so perfect for a family. Honda has done a great job thinking of all the little details. Gas mileage is very good, it drives really smooth, and has too many features to name. But we are looking forward to enjoying all of them. We truly enjoyed our car buying experience with Rob. We will recommend anyone we know wanting to purchase a Honda to him and to Kings Honda. Thanks Rob, Kelly and all of the Kings Honda staff for making our car buying experience such a wonderful one. I initially started with Gulia but since she was busy with a customer, I was given the option to wait or to work with Glen on Gulia's behalf. Both individuals were great to work with. Gulia and Kings Honda went above and beyond to make my vehicle purchase as smooth and easy as possible! Gulia was proactive and quick to return my calls, flexible in negotiation, and as a result I am very vehicle purchase as smooth and easy as possible! She is very knowledgeable of car features, ratings, market conditions etc. The whole buying process from Kings Honda from start to finish was as smooth, quick, and even somewhat enjoyable as can be, and the price was as good as any other dealer in the area! She even drove a car of my liking from another dealership, and apparently have not charged me extra! The whole buying process with Kings Honda from start to finish took about 6 hours, which included 3-4 phone calls (availability check, price negotiation, small deposit to bring the vehicle from another dealer, and information to start credit application with Honda Financial services), driving time to and from Kings Honda (1.5 hours round trip from Northern Kentucky), and about 2 hours in the dealership for car inspection, going over features, and paperwork. The dealership is very nice itself - new, clean, friendly folks, play area for my son, free coffee and cappuccino/latte selection by Tassimo... Overall: The best car buying experience ever! :) More

Darla and Mark were great! I really did not want to pay alot and get a little and My Hondra Accord 2010 had the luxury features I wanted with a good price. Although our experience with the salesperson was a positive one, we had to return the used car we purchased three days after we bought it because of several issues that should have been fixed before i positive one, we had to return the used car we purchased three days after we bought it because of several issues that should have been fixed before it was sold. In addition, at first Kings Honda refused to fix the oil leak because it wasn't a "safety issue." When my husband pointed out that it shouldn't have been sold leaking oil, they eventually agreed to cover the cost of repair, along with the broken cruise control, which turned out to be a throttle problem, and a broken hood that wouldn't close. The other issue is how dirty the car is. It was night when we purchased it so it was only in the light of day that I realized how filthy it really is, but it was clear on the test drive that there was dirt, and the salesperson said they would clean it up (they didn't). I even found a piece of chewed up gum on the floor, in addition to filthy leather and carpets. I thought they would at least vacuum it out after having it serviced but no such luck. So now I have to find the time to scrub it down myself. I find their service department is too concerned with how quickly they can get the customer through the process rather than providing good service. I felt rushed and was aggravated that after telling three people I had to remove the car seat, someone still drove off with it still in the car as well as my purse and bags. When it was returned, the woman sat in the car texting on her phone while I cleared out everything myself. More
