Performance Kings Honda

I went to Kings Honda with a very specific vehicle in mind. After seeing a few my wants were even more specific. The car I wanted was not on the lot. They had arranged a trade with a dealer in Indianapolis, only to have that dealer renege on the deal after Kings had driven the trade vehicle over there (from Cincinnati). I was contemplating switching colors when one came in on the truck. Despite the late hour Bob had someone stay late to get the vehicle ready. It was a busy day at the dealer and I had a prior commitment that I had to get to. The dealership expedited my paperwork (one of the managers completed it, I believe so I could make my commitment. My husband and I went in to King's Honda to look at a Honda Accord we saw on their website. I had called about this car and was put through to a salesman. We were very fortunate that I was put through to Honda Accord we saw on their website. I had called about this car and was put through to a salesman. We were very fortunate that I was put through to Marcus Campbell. He looked for this car for me late in the afternoon the night before July 4th, and called me back twice after locating it as it had just come on to the lot. He called me back first thing on the 5th to say the car would be available. We went in to King's Honda that morning with the intention of driving that Accord, and ended up staying there the entire day! Marcus bent over backwards to make us happy, making four different cars available to us to drive multiple times. We finally settled on a different car than we initially went to look at. Marcus was our intermediary with the finance mgr., and worked very hard to get the price that WE were happy with. We had made an offer on a car at a different lot earlier in the week and walked because of the attitude of the finance mgr, so we're happy to. Ot deal with that at King's Honda. We have a 14 yr old who will be driving soon and I would easily go back to the dealership and work with Marcus again! More

Nate was a very helpful representative; he almost explained my concerns before I raised them. He was able to help me secure the required auto insurance while seated at his desk. Rob was fabulous. He helped us choose the right car. We test drove several and found just the one we wanted. It has worked wonderfully and we are so pleased.
