I bought a used CERTIFIED car (2009 Honda CR-V) from this dealer and had to go to service the next day to have a rear latch repaired. I also discovered the brakes were vibrating and after MUCH hassle they f dealer and had to go to service the next day to have a rear latch repaired. I also discovered the brakes were vibrating and after MUCH hassle they finally agreed that the brakes rotors were rusting and the pads needed replacing. I hadn't even had the car for 24 hrs and they didn't want to fix the brakes even though they admitted they were vibrating. I questioned the dealership whether or not my car had REALLY gone through a 150 point certified inspection. I seriously doubt it because when I got home, I discovered CD's in the cd player that were from the previous owner, along with trash in the back seat pockets and dog hair under the seats. When I asked for the inspection sheet they said they would mail it to me which they did with NO signature from the technician or date....pretty suspicious! The staff(both service and sales) were avoiding me the whole time I was there, although my sales guy (Mark) did talk to me a couple times. At this point, however, I think the higher managers were dealing with the situation behind closed doors. After waiting for 5 hrs at the service with no offer of a rental or courtesy van, I finally got my car and left. I would be very careful when buying a CERTIFIED car from this dealership! I have purchased many certified cars in the past and don't mind paying a little extra for that expectation of having a well running car that went through an extensive inspection. I just want an honest deal and I want what I paid for....not sure Kings Honda is the place to get it! More

I usually dislike negotiating for a new car; however Terry Simpson made it pleasurable without all the haggling over the price. I went to King's Honda because my lease was almost up and I wanted to get Terry Simpson made it pleasurable without all the haggling over the price. I went to King's Honda because my lease was almost up and I wanted to get an idea of which model to purchase. Terry found the exact car I wanted, had it ready for pick up in 5 days, and eliminated all the end of lease procedures that Honda Financial required. I literally turned in my old car, signed, and drove away. Thanks for the pleasant experience. See you in 3 years. More
