The finance guy came out and talked with us, his idea of leasing it made a lot of sense. Not very much pressure. The only negative was someone should have said, somewhere along the way, that the financing may not go through since it was a Saturday. I was trying to get the loan all on my own; and since I do my banking online 24/7, I didn't realize it may not work. Jenny, the finance person, made several calls to recitfy the situation and even called my work - which I WAS NOT happy about. When I returned the call, Jenny was not as caring as she had been on Saturday. She was insistent that my husband come back up to Kings Honda immediately to sign some papers, I tried to explain that he works in construction and to get back up there before Saturday, may not be so possible; she was insistent. As it turned out, my husband did get home early enough and wasn't too tired to make the drive up there to sign the papers. So alls well that ends well. More

Our salesman Glen was the perfect salesman, wasn't pushy in any way car and were very pleased with the service and attention we received from Honda. However I fell in love with the car as soon as I drove it so that made his job easier. I arrived at my scheduled appointment about a half an hour early and Terry was helping another customer. This was no issue as I was there early and had no problem with waiting. In an effort to start the process with me, Ron Soroka sat me down and started to work with me. It was clear that he lacked motivation to make my experience pleasant and even seemed to be a bit put off by having to help someone else's customer. This certainly gave me pause about my decision to purchase from King's Honda. More

Was looking for a used Suv. Nicole Landers was a our sales person and she was very helpful. Even hunted down a dvd for us to test the player in the car. And the ones she wasnt able to answer she found out very quickly. If I ever had to buy another vechicle I would definitly come back to Kings Honda and work with Nicole again! Also Jenni Hoskins in accounting went above and beyond to help us with our loan. And to make sure I was able to take the car home that night, but go thru my credit union for the loan the next day.
