My recent visit has a mixed review. I was contacted by text from Maria on 6/5/26 regarding maintenance that was due. I returned her call only to get a different representative. She reviewed the maintenance to be preformed and my final question to her was the cost. The representative explained it was complimentary. I continued and scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving for the appointment, Rachael was my intake person and explained today’s appointment will cost $154.24. I explained to Rachael I was told by the representative when making the appointment it was complimentary. Rachael explained they could listen to the call. I encourage you to listen to the call and confirm what was quoted at the time the appointment was made. Rachael estimated the maintenance to be preformed would take about 90 minutes. I asked for a car to leave while the maintenance was being performed only be told by Rachael there were no cars available today. While waiting in the customer area, the Lexus representative setting near Rachael came into the customer’s waiting area and explained to a customer what was needed for her vehicle. The customer responded to the Lexus representative she didn’t want to wait a couple of hours so he invited her to come with him and they would get her a car. Why was I not offered a car when I asked? While waiting I looked at the new Lexus on the lot. I inquired with one of the salesman regarding a specific new car that had a sticker in the window for sale only to be told he couldn’t sell that car. I’m not pleased at all with this dealership. I was charged for windshield washer fluid that was filled recently at home and a cost of over $9.00 for a battery for one key faub! More
