Noah Grimes and Nathan my service technician were kind and thorough on my visit 8/20/26. I am on my 3rd RX and started my relationship with Lexus products in Dallas in 2007. For me my latest RX350L is s great vehicle and I will only have them serviced at a Lexus dealership, My previous service advisor Chris Timmerding is no longer at the dealership, but he got things started off on the right foot when we relocated back to Cincy in 2024. I had the misfortune to be involved in a deer accident and Chris was helpful as well as Gabby Mills at the Lexus Collision Center. I think Noah and I will work well together and I appreciate the way he took care of me and also the explanation of the maintenance that was performed on my vehicle.
