I appreciate Rick for the time he spent with me during my GX550 purchase. During the first test drive there was an excessive amount of wind noise. Rick requested the service department remove the cross rails GX550 purchase. During the first test drive there was an excessive amount of wind noise. Rick requested the service department remove the cross rails. This significantly reduced the noise. Rick then allowed me to drive my vehicle under the same conditions we drove the GX to compare wind noise between the two. I appreciate Jason for phoning WPCU to request they accept experian credit report when my trans union account could not be unfrozen. Geoff explained the features of the GX and provided videos for future reference. He is very knowledgeable about the GX. More
