At first I had a good experience working with RJ. Had interest in a 2018 Mazda 6 they had on their lot! Had great conversation in the beginning, but of course that all comes to an end at some point. I don't like phony salesmen who just like to chat away just to attempt to build a relationship with you then shy away later. So had a xxxx up with incorrect information on my app that caused an issue, once fixed, reached out to RJ to see if the car price could be adjusted and he said he doesn't think it can cause it was already decreased, but he would let me know! Never did, Had to text him again and inquire on the status, only for a response to say; "finally herd back, cant do anything because of the xxxx up in the beginning!" mind you this is around 3pm, Im sure you knew when you came in or if customer due diligence wouldve text and told me! Just goes to show, all that chat in the beginning is for nothing, because soon as they know they potentially cant do anything for you, they dont want to talk to you! But needless to say, Went to another dealership with same car $2k less and got approved no issues! More
