I had a wonderful experience with performance Lexus in Cincinnati.My sales person Rick Hubble was extremely professional and never insulted my intelligence as many other car salesman have in the past. Rick and Brandon were very professional and honest. They treated my wife and I like we were appreciated and important. We did however have an agreed upon appointment for 1:30 to close the deal with the fina treated my wife and I like we were appreciated and important. The extended wait could have been avoided or mitigated better had the dealership made us aware that they were short staffed and busy. We drove 3 hours to shop at performance Lexus, we confirmed the trade in, the numbers for the new vehicle and the time we would arrive to finalize said deal, the day prior, and a salesman called and confirmed our appointment while we were in rout. Still, we were forced to wait 4 hours plus. We attempted to express our feelings on several occasions. Brandon, our salesman was accommodating, his manager Ralph on the other hand was more concerned with explaining to us his staffing issues, while ignoring the fact that we had an appointment, and went even as far as interrupting me mid sentence as I was trying to explain our situation. More
