I made an appointment for them to pick up my car instead of taking it in. They picked up the car on time and delivered it back to my driveway, washed and ready to go in a timely manner. Wort expeience ever I have owned my lexus for 10+ years and over the past couple years I have noticed the quality of work and customer service drop tremendously. My last I have owned my lexus for 10+ years and over the past couple years I have noticed the quality of work and customer service drop tremendously. My last experience here they missed too many things to even count. I knew I had a light out above my license plate, and with there inspection they did not catch it. My key fab was missing a screw thinking they would fix that or bring it to my attention (hard to miss) and they gave be back my key fab still broken and never mentioned anything at all. After my service was done I pulled out of the parking lot only to notice that they did not shut my hood properly. So I had to pull over to shut the hood of the car that they worked on. For this being a "luxury brand" it sure seemed like they missed all the details that a real luxury brand car would provide. With my call with the service manager he offered an apology but didn't even try to keep my business. I will never return to this store and because of the last experience I will never buy or recommend a Lexus ever again More
