He answered all of our questions, very professional and gave some humor in the process which made the visit that much more relaxed. I am glad I chose the location and had a great group of people to assist. Geoffrey Bobst as well as his colleague gave me some much knowledge on understanding the key functions of the vehicle and how to operate it. The crash course of knowing all of the tools to my car was very needed. Jason Morgan was very good getting us through all the paper work very accurate and timely. Teamwork WOW! This was an amazing experience. I was not in the market to buy a new car, but my husband was insistent that he wanted to get me a car for his Ch WOW! This was an amazing experience. He researched and decided that Performance Lexus in Cincinnati was the BEST fit to accommodate his wishes. So off to Cincinnati we go. Oh, did I fail to mention that we live in Pickerington, Ohio...almost 2 hours away. From the time we entered the dealership, til the time we left everyone we worked with provided above and beyond excellent customer service. Our salesman, Rick Hubble made sure that we had everything needed before we even sat down at his desk. It was a smooth and uneventful process. Jeff Butler, the finance guy kept everything low stress. And that says a lot because large money purchases can be very stressful. And our technician, Kristopher Cathcart did an amazing job teaching us the important things that we needed to know in operating our vehicle. Lastly, I’m sure the dealership was closed before we finished everything, but there was no pressure to rush us out. Our salesman, Rick Hubble was there to the end with us.
