Upgrade to Vehicle I had received a call from Amanda a few days prior to my visit regarding the Trade in Program. I didn't think too much about it, as I was very happy I had received a call from Amanda a few days prior to my visit regarding the Trade in Program. I didn't think too much about it, as I was very happy with my 2012 RX 350. However, since I was at the dealership for an oil change- I was curious and thought to have a conversation and explore. Amanda was great at explaining the program to me high level and connecting me with Mike in the Sales Dept.. Mike Witte was phenomenal to work with. He was able to walk me through the numbers and provide a solution with me leaving with a brand new 2015 model of the RX! He was very thorough and made the process so easy. The entire sales process and his follow up after the sale made him someone I will continue to work with at Lexus. Overall great experience and everyone at Performance has been so good to work with.
