She was pleasant, courteous, and did not play the "high pressure" sales game that you see elsewhere. With the sales manager ( I sadly do not remember his name, it was either Ryan or Dan) we negotiated a fair deal on a fantastic vehicle. Although Maria was actually in the process of selling another car while I was there, I never felt neglected or trivialized. Lastly, Jason in the finance department got me through all the paperwork in short order. I highly recommend this dealership. I've bought many, many cars over the years, and this was probably the best experience overall I've ever had doing that. More
