I told them that I was planning to look at a few other dealerships (including other Nissan's) before making any decision, and instead of waiting for me to bring an offer back to them from another dealership to see if they could compete with it, they instead sent me off with an offer so that I could see whether or not any other dealerships could compete with them for my business. So far we're very happy with the 2016 Rogue that we leased from Performance and I surely wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a Nissan as well. More

True Bait and Switch anfd I wasn't even Fishing I saw the car I wanted on the lot Easter Sunday when no sales people were on duty. Looked for it online and got further specs, and an online discount, I saw the car I wanted on the lot Easter Sunday when no sales people were on duty. Had appointments scheduled for after work, two evenings and those were blown off, and I had to wait for "them" Did test drive and loved the car. Put down a substantial deposit of 2,000 and returned to purchase the next day my sales associate was scheduled to work, as a courtesy to him, the new Bryan, there less than a month. My purchase day was thrown off when the finance manager, Derek, was advised I had sold my trade in for a better price than they were offering, and he said this was now a deal breaker even though I was prepared to pay them the amount they were offering me for this useless Honda. They also did not want to take a credit card purchase of 10,000 so I could have the points.. long story short I was ready to walk and had to sit through good guy/bad guy scenario although instead the usual sales assoc/finance guy it was finace and Owner on the phone, (doubt that) anyway got my car, never saw or heard any thanks from my sales assoc. who had to leave for a "family urgent matter" or anyone else except for this "populated thanks from Nissan" Well I say no thanks to you, and , this woman, still got a beautiful deal and car. :) More
