I did not know anything about the new Nissan Altama. My brother-in-law had just purchased a new Altama in Chicago and he recommended one to me. He say to go in and test drive one. Which I did. I was impressed the minute I got behind the wheel. The quality and feel was better than the Toyota Camary I was about to trade in. I had plans to go and test drive other makes and models, but the Nissan salesman convinced me that I should purchase the Altama. There was no direct pressure to buy and the staff was very professional. I may not have received the price I was looking for, but we did come close. This email was from a Philip Sammario. I am not good with names and could not remember him, but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The new Nissan showroom was very beautiful and the dealership is very conviently located. I will have my new Altama serviced at the dealership. More

My sister loved the Rogue and Bobby the GM took care of her and got her the deal she wanted and the car she wanted. I was so impressed with the lineup and quality of the cars, i ended up buying a new Murano while she was doing paperwork. Bobby gave me a great price for my trade and a great price on the new Murano! When we got home my mom was so impressed with the cars she made me call Bobby back and now we are trying to get a third car today. I will be sending EVERYONE i know to see the staff at Performance Nissan, they treated us right in my eyes they are the best in the business! More

I did not get the deal that I wanted, but overall, the price was very fair. Let's face it, we all want to pay as little as possible. But the price was fair. I also spent some time with Julio, with financing and tags, what an amazing dude. They made things super easy, and were very accommodating. It only took about 3 and 1/2 hours and that my friends, its an excellent total time to be spent at a dealer when buying a car. I definitely recommend them all. More

Brian Mink was very friendly and answered my questions with enthusiasm. He assured me he could get the exact car I wanted. I set an appointment with him on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership the following morning I was greeted at the front with a smile by a friendly receptionist who contacted Brian immediately. Brian listened to exactly what I wanted and worked with his Manager on my behalf to accomplish a great deal for me. During the process when I was waiting for Brian to work out the details I was greeted by several other salesmen ensuring that I was being cared for. The paperwork was handled quickly and professionally. Delivery was a pleasure. Brian was waiting for me and my family with a smile, the car was detailed and parked right up front and he was very knowledgeable about the car and its functions. I would highly recommend this salesman and this dealership. I felt like I was treated very well and received a great deal. More

Great Job Service Team! I bought a 2015 Nissan Versa SL at a dealer in Tennessee where I live - I am in Florida for the winter. The first service was due, and I have a prepai I bought a 2015 Nissan Versa SL at a dealer in Tennessee where I live - I am in Florida for the winter. The first service was due, and I have a prepaid maintenance contract - so I needed to take the car to a dealer who would honor the contract. I called the Consumer division for Nissan for the name of a dealer in Florida who would honor the prepaid contract purchased in Tennessee. I was given the contact information for Performance Nissan, and transferred to their service dept to schedule the appointment. Looking for directions to the dealership - I saw many negative reviews about Performance Nissan's Service Dept; so many that I really hesitated to take my car in to them. The negative reviews were ALL FALSE! I wasn't treated poorly at Performance because I didn't by my car from them nor was I shunned or ignored because I purchased the prepaid maintenance contract in TN. Quite the opposite! NOT ONE PERSON was rude, aggressive, or hostile. Everyone was welcoming, polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The services requested / needed were an oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi-point check, and I had a rattle in the trunk that needed checked out. All services were performed in a timely professional manner, heck - they even washed my car for me! The service tech sought me out to explain the rattle I was hearing in the trunk - turns out my spare tire, jack, and tools had been removed from the car (Did not know that - would not have driven from Nashville to Pompano Beach without a jack and tire removal tools). The noise I was hearing was the tire hold down rolling around in the empty tire space. The service tech looked up all of the items that were missing and listed them on the repair receipt. I was able to call the Tennessee dealer when I got home and ask for all of the missing items - they will provide them at no cost to me. I love Performance Nissan's Service Department & I Will return as needed. Great Job Performance Nissan Service!! More

Just straight talk , a few test drives, pick a color , a handshake, sign some papers & Drive off. Start to finish,,maybe an hour and a half. No pressure at all. In fact every person there made yu feel welcome. Came back next day, forgot something from my trade in. Amazing , everyone I bumped into actually knew who I was. Over the years I've purchased many cars. Come back the next day, they'll try to sell yu a car. No clue who yu are. Bottom line, I'll go out of my way to refer people to Performance , specifically Bryan & Delroy. Thanks again, Dan Diffily More
