I recently met Rebecca Hussle who is a personal friend I was looking for vehicle for my daughter she helped and assisted my daughter and Antoine the sales consultant went over all the different options that was looking for vehicle for my daughter she helped and assisted my daughter and Antoine the sales consultant went over all the different options that were available and my daughter ended up purchasing a beautiful brand new Nissan Kik's. By all means, please try to avoid pompano nissan Servcie department entirely. It feels to me that there main objective there is how much money they get from each customer, not how they take care of the cus department entirely. Especially bringing a company vehicle there, it’s all about $$$$. As I walk in today, the young lady there start by telling me how it’s a crazy day. As if it’s because of me she is having a crazy day. However, it’ was just 2 other customers there and myself at the desk. Well, it just got worse from there on. I was mostly ignored and sat in the waiting area for almost the entire day 9:30-4. Her reason for waiting was because the company I work for use a 3rd to approve the repair. She never came in the waiting area to update me on anything. If I didn’t continue to go back to desk for updates, no one....until the manger saw that I was sitting there almost all day, she was kind enough to ask me. Before going to pompano Nissan for Servcie, I actually got other quotes and none of the other mechanic shop saw or recommend what Pompano nissan Servcie department lady and manager saying the issue is. She didn’t address the second issues I went there for. Am not even sure she did mentioned to the mechanic my second issue. When I ask her, reply I got was, “ It will drive better by replacing the transmission pan”. I left the pompano nissan at 4, and they are still waiting on a reply for approval, wow. Will never go back there,. Over the years I always take my personal vehicle there. But not anymore. I keep thinking things would get better there, every visit so far have gotten worse. It is just about how much money they can rack up while you take your vehicle there for Servcie.. Never again... More
