What a great dealership. My new Versa had a couple of defects and they were fantastic in contacting Nissan warranty and getting the defects repaired asap. Excellent work done by the Body Shop Team. I took my non Nissan SUV to Performance Nissan Pompano Beach about a week ago for an estimate to repair a rear collision. I was apprehensive since dealerships tend to be quite pricey for anything. The manager of Body Shop Richard along with Tammy were both a joy to work with Richard was experienced, honest, experienced and did I say honest. Yes. Every aspect of my interaction with this Body Shop team was superb. and their estimate to repair the vehicle was given in 3 tiers. All aspects were clearly explained. Their estimate was extremely competitive compared to the other quotes I received. As a woman I have experienced may times things being priced differently because of my gender. At no point in time did I feel uncomfortable at this establishment. Did I mention I was given an awesome loaner with a full tank of fuel! I also had the opportunity to meet their Guest experience manager Rebecca (do ask for her if you are in need of a ray of sunshine on a rainy day) along with the owner of the dealership Bobby, he is quite knowledgeable, positive and allayed my fear of expensive dealership syndrome. I received my vehicle in less than a week. When i saw the finished work on my vehicle I was beyond pleased I mean beyond pleased. She looked like a brand new KIA.
