I appreciate how the Recall Issue was fixed, and the Roof issue was fixed. But extremely Unhappy that your technicians couldn't fix the issue with the Audio/Media center. Their only solution was for me to issue was fixed. But extremely Unhappy that your technicians couldn't fix the issue with the Audio/Media center. Their only solution was for me to buy a new unit costing $5200. Outrageous! Instead, I turned to YouTube and found a video that gave instructions on fixing the problem in 5 minutes. That worked and my Audio/Media center works fine again. Sad that your Technicians maybe don't know such tricks to fix the problem, just so customers are forced to shell out the money for new equipment. Not sure I will ever be back to Performance Toyota for service. More

Jace was awesome, he got my vehicle picked up and taken care of while I was out of town. I ended up with a flat tire on my other vehicle the day I returned and he got me in and out for that as well! I purchased a Lexus RX350 f sport and the front bumper was not fully installed and had a gap by the right headlight. I mentioned to the used car manager that it needs to be fixed and they did nothing. T was not fully installed and had a gap by the right headlight.
