Friendly, convenient pick up service, thorough inspection, dependable. I appreciate the reminder call and text updates. I was informed of a safety recall for my 2024 Tundra and made an appointmen inspection, dependable. I appreciate the reminder call and text updates. I was informed of a safety recall for my 2024 Tundra and made an appointment to have it picked up from my workplace to have it checked and repaired if needed. Upon inspection I was informed that it did show signs of the recall problem and needed to have some parts replaced to fix the problem but I was informed that the dealership did not have the parts in stock and it would be two to three days before they could get the parts and make the repair. They offered to keep my vehicle for the two to three days and return my vehicle when the safety recall was repaired. This option did not work at all for me to not have my vehicle for 2 to three days so the dealership returned my tundra until the parts could arrive and we could start the process all over again of making an appointment having my vehicle picked up to have the safety recall repaired and having my vehicle delivered back again. If the dealership could have the parts on hand they may need to fix a problem they know in advance they are going to be checking on they would save a lot of wasted time and effort for the scheduling staff, pick up service drivers, service technician, delivery service drivers and customers. More
