I had a wonderful buying experience at Perillo BMW because of Frank. He was extremely helpful beyond what I expected from any sales associate. I couldn't find the car I was looking for the day I went to Perillo and to my surprise, Frank called me the next day to ensure me he didn't give up on me and kept looking. He knew I needed a new car because my Audi was pretty much on its last legs and I got stuck a few times in the snow. Finally he found me the car I was looking for even though it was a Jeep and not any BMW or Audi. Ever since then I refer all my friends and colleagues to Perillo and tell them to specifically ask for Frank Billman because if his dedication to help me and assured them he would defiantly help them as well. Danette has always provided excellent and friendly service. She is knowlegable, practical, forthcoming and always attentive to my needs. I purchased my present 330ci as a result of her reommendation, when my prior BMW was in for extensive service. She is in all ways a gem. Some of your other service personnel wld benefit from learning how she does things. Today, for example, the service department was in disarray until she "rescued" me from a rude and quite unhelpful service person. But for her intervention, I'd have departed for another provider. I was really nervous about working with Perillo due to many of the negative ratings I have seen, but as far as i'm concerned they treated me great. Peter Mers was my advisor and he was fantastic. He really took the time to work with me and even worked with management on getting a great deal put together. This was pretty much the most painless sale i've ever experienced for a car. Gina in finance was fantastic and got the paperwork done quickly and Mario in service took great care of me when my car had some minor issues. I think when people give negative ratings, you really have to wonder what their expectations were from beginning. In this case, I was proceeding with caution, but came away with impressed and extremely happy with my experience. With most dealerships, you have to keep in mind that they work in sales and they're going to try to sell you things you may not necessarily need, but it's their job to offer. At the end of the day, it's really up to you whether you decide to take it or not, but I too work in sales so I guess I completely understand and didn't come away with a negative experience. All in all, I will do buisness with Peter again and the Perillo dealership unless they completely drop the ball. More
