Being from Florida, I had some concerns so I made some calls and verified as much as I could. I had my Bank of America loan lined up, then took the day off to drive to Colorado Springs. I told Audrey 'lets get this done as fast as possible.' About two hours later I drove off with my 2018 'new' Jeep JL. Minimal fuss, good price. The story does not end there however - there were loan issues, which Laura helped facilitate. There was a typo on the title, which Laura helped facilitate, by overnighted papers to me to fix and the resultant to FL DMV. Just got the call from the DMV stating my paperwork was being mailed out (time elapsed - about 4 days). The measure of customer experience is not just buy/sell or who has the best price, its also how the company resolves the inevitable problems that arise from a sale. Super happy with Perkins and my new JL. More

I recently moved to Colorado with my husband and my car didn't suit my needs anymore. I needed a 4wd and Jeep is the first choice for me. I arrived and parked and as I was heading towards the showroom door, a man had already noticed me and came out to greet me. We shook hands and introduced ourselves. Jacques was warm and fast to acknowledge my needs and requirements for a new 4wd. I had a trade in and wanted to spend as little money down possible and keep payments down below $150 a month. He sat me at his desk, offered me a water or coffee, and then we reviewed what was on the lot. He didn't try to talk me into a different vehicle, I was only interested in the Compass Trail Hawk and he showed me what he had and found one that was a killer deal. We took a nice test drive and I drove out with my "nearly new" Jeep for a small down payment and low monthly payments. He was personable, kind, knowlegable and very friendly. I would recommend him to everyone! He made the whole experience fun! More
