Seem to want to do the right thing. My daughter had the oil changed on her Jeep Grand Cherokee, then moved to Ohio. In Ohio noticed oil leak she never had before. Dealer there discovered the PLASTIC oil adapter on top of engine had crack. Adapter was replaced, she was charged FULL retail price for part. Internet research showed that cracks are common for this part, even when all service is done at dealerships. Part is on top of engine, gets very hot, filter housing screws down on it, so is untorqued/torqued each oil change. Chrysler/Jeep and Byers Chrysler/Jeep in Columbus, OH refused to decrease or refund part cost but Perkins was willing to refund the full amount (I'm not sure if they did). This is an engineering/design problem that Chrysler/Jeep should resolve. It should be made of metal. At least Perkins was willing to make it right. More

Granted: when we first showed up we didn't have the intention of signing for a vehicle that day. We ended up leaving the dealership later that same day with the vehicle that we sought out on the website, and would help us out tremendously! Given the typical dealership 'paperwork' experience, there was a lot going on in the background that made us nervous, because it was time consuming, and at the end of the day, we still feel as though we could have gotten a slightly better deal, but we can't complain too much, because again, we have a vehicle which will make our lives easier. Our experience with financing was a little more challenging and not because of anything on our end. The additional items we felt forced into buying was less then desirable. I felt like we were at a Vegas timeshare sales event. The terms changed multiple times, the pushy nature of the salesperson to buy at least two of her overpriced, unnecessary items on a new vehicle, almost made us walk out. The individual gave us the guilt trip because she was having a bad day in selling her items. We got to the lot at 430 and didn’t leave until after 845. The funny thing was we negotiated everything over the phone with Brittney and Josh. Who were very responsive and easy to deal with over the internet. The place was empty and salespeople were walking around looking for something to do. I felt like we would have been in and out quickly, but the event was drawn out by the pushy finance department. I have bought many cars over the last few years. I grew up in my families car dealership. We would have loved to have a salesperson like Jacque. He has a bright future and I would buy another car from him today, if he was the only person I had to deal with. More

No response on quote for new truck I called Perkins Motors on 4/8/19 and spoke with a female salesman who did not identify herself. I then proceeded to inquire about a new 2019 Ram 3500 I called Perkins Motors on 4/8/19 and spoke with a female salesman who did not identify herself. I then proceeded to inquire about a new 2019 Ram 3500 build. I gave the salesman my contact information and email address to have the quote sent to. I also gave the salesman all of the options over 24,000 of them that I wanted on the build. As of 4/9/19 I still have not been contacted or received an email on the build that I requested. More
