Although we ended up not buying a car from Jacques, it was a pleasure to deal with him. He was courteous, funny, laid-back and at the same time very professional and helpful with all the questions we had, was a pleasure to deal with him. He was courteous, funny, laid-back and at the same time very professional and helpful with all the questions we had, having come to live in Colorado City and its car market only a week before. He never pressured us to come to a decision, and his friendliness never wavered, even after we had told him we had found another car. One's true personality shows best when things don't work out, I guess (not through his fault, or Perkins Motors, but more through our inability to come to a decision!!). The needed service, because the timing on the engine is messed up, has been atrocious. I will NEVER bring a vehicle back there. The service dept manager has lived up to all of the misogynistic stereotypes mechanics carry. This has made my « new to me car » experience very miserable. More
