When the vehicle came in Neil pulled all the strings to have the vehicle ready for me to test drive. He made sure to explain all the ins and outs of the vehicle and knew all the answers to my questions. When I was ready to purchase, Neil gave me straightforward, no pressure pricing. I explained what I wanted from the deal and he and Paul made it happen. There was no arguing, no pressure, and prompt action. Neil walked me through the entire process and followed up with me the day after I bought the vehicle.
