My mother had been looking for awhile to trade in her vehicle and had been to numerous dealerships in the area. She was unable to find the vehicle she wanted or receive the superior service she desired u vehicle and had been to numerous dealerships in the area. Ms. Audrey Smith was able to find the perfect vehicle for my mother and made the whole experience of going to a dealership a pleasant one. All of the staff at the dealership were more than helpful and took their time to make sure my mother was happy and comfortable with her purchase. Very nice and personable sales person. Unfortunately the sales manager John Bragg was pretty rude. I requested to not pay the $399 etching fee. He basically said it’s done to the vehicle as soon as they get sales manager John Bragg was pretty rude. I requested to not pay the $399 etching fee. He basically said it’s done to the vehicle as soon as they get it and if I still refuse he was raising the price of the car $600 and would etch it out. Before offering to raise the price on me he said he had no interest in working with me if I didn’t pay for it. I let it go because it was still a good deal and better than another place I was looking at. I waited over 4 hours to purchase my vehicle which I feel was way too long. I did a lot of stuff over the internet so it shouldn’t have taken so long. While waiting I asked to see the etching on the car and was told it wasn’t in there yet it’s done after purchase. WHAT!!?? Pretty livid about that and was lied to by sales manager. Also they charge a $850 fee they don’t tell you about. It basically for cleaning the car before they give it to you and for their profit. No one tells you about it and expects you to see a piece of paper with the notice taped to their cabinet. BTW I am still looking on my car for the etching I was forced to pay for. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be back. The two stars are one for the sales person and one for the finance person. I liked both of them. They had great attitudes and were very nice. More
