I typically have no issues servicing my vehicle but this last time was a very poor experience. It took 2 hours and 22 minutes to get an oil change. That is not my problem. The dealership needs to account for staffing issues. Its ’People-Management 101’. They also need to be trained on how to communicate with customers. A simple call to set expectations on the delay would have been nice. My family almost missed my son’s hockey game in Michigan because of this. Needless to say, it was a stressful drive up North, and Cronin was a hot topic of conversation. More
