I have had great experiences with their sales team and Scott Cooke ( I have bought four cars from him). I have a brand new vehicle and have been struggling with the radio/gps/Bluetooth system in the car. They have replaced it after a few visits, but still no luck. It is still freezing, and disconnecting devices and shutting itself off. The oil change went fine. My car is a lease so of course I take it to the VW service center. More
