Was hoping the small personal attention from BG would follow. It did not. I never felt like I was getting swindled there. I def felt that way here and will not be back. A text was sent suggesting $1,000 worth of "urgent" matters, none of which were urgent, and there was no mention of my tire, that it was repaired, needed to be replaced, or what may have caused the issue. $400 plus charge to “update software” and problem still not fixed. After researching for 30 minute I found a fairly common cause of our issues, which was never brought up my service tech/manager.
