Ronnie was extremely helpful and when my husband got covid, and we couldn't pick up the vehicle, he found a way to get it to us. When other shops don't return calls and have no customer service, it i covid, and we couldn't pick up the vehicle, he found a way to get it to us. 'Nathan has ben helpful in difficult situations with regards to the frequent problems with my Volvo. The basic flaw seems to be more about the initial engineering of the car.
