Brought my car in for maintenance and brake replacements. The service prices were extremely expensive, even for a dealership. I was going to bite the bullet and pay, but then saw that the inspection stated m The service prices were extremely expensive, even for a dealership. I was going to bite the bullet and pay, but then saw that the inspection stated my spark plugs and rear wipers failed inspection; my car doesn't have spark plugs or rear wipers. The associate I spoke with apologized and said he used this as a learning experience for their technician, but I ended up declining most of the recommended services because of that. If I'm paying such high prices, I expect experienced/attentive staff. When I went to pick my car up, it hadn't been washed. The associate said that they were worried the fibers from the car wash would be stuck in my fender panels, but that's never happened when they've washed it before, or when it's been washed anywhere else for that matter. I feel like they were just upset I declined most of the services they recommended... I've been coming here for a few years now, but will be looking for somewhere else to take my car going forward More
