Oily hand prints everywhere , even on back window ,really ,for an oil change ? Probably not allowing recall work to be done at your location . I think that the people may be good, but the management is terrible. Ordered a windshield that they said would be ready in a couple of days, but no one called, ever. I called several times. Finally had to argue with a guy that it should be there. This took about a month. Anyway, it is typical that they seem very disorganized.
