I came in on a Friday at 5:45pm with a screw in my tire. I understand the technicians leave at 5pm, but I needed some advice because I had purchased the tire and rim warranty when I purchased the vehicle. John was kind enough to look at it and air up the tire. He said he would call me the next morning (Saturday) and let me know what my options are. He was able to work me in his full schedule that next day and patch/plug the tire. I was extremely thankful! More
