Taking the stress out of vehicle shopping. I was searching all inventory of the dealerships in my area and found the car that would make my wife happy at Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola, FL. My daughter and son have also purchased their vehicles there and it was a great recommendation. We drove in on a Saturday and met with Chad. He was very pleasant (not the typical high pressure attack we have all come to expect with shopping for vehicles) and treated us as if we were all old friends just looking at cars together. We didn't have financing setup through our bank until Monday. So, he let us put the car on hold, to keep anyone else from purchasing it, with the small amount of $100 because my wife fell in love with the car immediately. On Monday, Chad completed the sale and introduced us to key employees to help finish the purchase process. It was a great experience for us and we look forward to purchasing our next vehicle through Chad and Pete Moore Chevrolet of Pensacola specifically. Thanks guys! Michael & Teri More

Chad Karahalios is the bomb! Chad Karahalios was amazing! My husband is overseas right now and so we were messaging back and forth to Afghanistan talking to my hubby about trucks. Chad spent all day with me showing me everything I wanted to see and everything my husband wanted me to see. Sending messages back and forth overseas takes a long time and I never once felt rushed or like it was bothering him. He has the patients of a saint! We decided on a truck and then he was just as patient while we took care of financing. That was just as difficult because I was using a power of attorney. So once again it took the majority of the day. Thank you Chad for making this process fun! I know where I'm going next time!! More
