Extremely Happy with Pete Moore Service Dept! Our advisor Rhett Arnett exceeded our expectations. He quickly worked us in for service, and communicated with us every step of the way. They were able to repair an issue with our 2023 Corvette that we have been dealing with for over 8 months! Another dealership couldn't even diagnose the problem even after 3 visits and keeping our car for over 40 days total. We will gladly travel from Daphne, AL to get all of our future service done with Rhett. Highly recommend Pete Moore For any service needs. More

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Pete Moore. I even got my son to purchase a vehicle from them. My salesman, Mark Torelli was great. I let the service department take care of any maintenance iss I even got my son to purchase a vehicle from them. My salesman, Mark Torelli was great. I let the service department take care of any maintenance issues. I always let them perform any recommendations and never questioned them. When their part failed they would NOT cover it. In the 3rd week I was told the part was defective. During the 5th week they said they couldn’t get a code, therefore they won’t honor my warranty. I have emailed Pete Moore asking for assistance with this matter with no response. I would never recommend them due to their service department. More

The actual service done was fine no issues there! The employees were all great. However over 4 hours for a standard servicing (oil change, filter check etc) and the recommended injector cleaning seem The employees were all great. This has been a big source of my frustration with the service department. Now that my freedom package has run its course, I will most likely seek alternative source for routine maintenance. More
