The next day I received an email from Charlie Rotenberry ready to answer any qu I had inquired about the 2011 Ford F150 Harley Davidson I saw online. The next day I received an email from Charlie Rotenberry ready to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. Since me and my wife was in Pensacola Saturday we decided to stop by and get a closer look at the truck. As a courtesy I told one of the salesperson that I was working with Mr. Rotenberry. When me and my wife met Charlie he was very courteous and informative about the vehicle and suggested we take it out for a test drive. One ride and I was convinced I wanted this truck Charlie made the whole experience simple and enjoyable without the hassle. Never in my imagination did I think I was going to walk out of Pete Moore that night with the truck. Since it was late he told me to come back on Monday and he will get the truck detailed and gassed up. I told him I was unable to complete the deal that day, but I would be back Saturday morning to do so. He did not try to keep me any longer than I needed to be, which would have been the end if he had. He got some info from me and I went on my way. My husband and I returned the next day, completed the paperwork, he had the car detailed and I was one happy customer in my 2008 Ford Edge. There were some minor things that needed to be fixed after the deal, but he handled them better then expected. I would definitely recommend Wayne at Pete Moore! More
