We were offered MORE MONEY for our trade-in then other dealers were willing to pay! I called and spoke with the new car sales manager (Mr. Delmar Dice) and explained what we had and what we had been of dealers were willing to pay! Mr. Dice asked to see our vehicle and turned us over to new car salesman (Mr. Dickie Heckler). I explained to Mr. Heckler over the phone what type of vehicle we were looking for, before we arrived. By the time we arrived (1.5 hours from original phone call), Mr. Heckler had found the vehicle (model, type and color) we were looking for in Dayton Beach, Fl. and made arrangements to have the car delivered to their dealership. Their financing beat what we had on our previous vehicle, they give us more for our trade-in and worked with us to facilitate having our new vehicle outfitted with a front tow hitch installed. 5 Star Service!!!
