Absolutely the best! Mr Freeman was awesome. We were looking for a van in a certain price range and knew it would be 3 weeks before we would have a full cash payment. We had been looking at other dealerships who were uninterested or never contacted us back, some didn't want to talk with us until we had the money. Mr. Freeman was on it the moment we called. He found a van that matched us perfectly, he stayed in touch with us the whole time. The day we went to the dealership he had everything ready for us, it was the quickest and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone there was so friendly and very professional. On the date I purchased my new Silverado, I visited three dealerships, including Pete Moore. At the first two, I presented a list of what I wanted on my new truck. It wasn't negotiable. At the first two dealerships, the salesman glanced at my list and proceeded, without further research, to put me into any vehicle he had that seemed reasonably close to what I wanted. Though they both seemed to have large inventories on hand, no vehicle met exactly what I wanted and they didn't seem particularly interested in finding a vehicle that met my list. After leaving these two dealerships< I went to Pete Moore where my wife and I were met by Mr. Nelson. I told him the same thing I had told the other two salesmen and gave him my list. He didn't try to put me into the first truck that he saw. Instead, he looked at my list and said, "Let's go inside and I'll put your list into the computer and see what we have that matches what you want." He did so, and we bought the first vehicle that he brought around for us to view. It fit our needs and wants with one small exception that we had previously decided we could live without (and which Mr. Nelson pointed out before he brought the truck around.) Mr. Nelson's action were at all times friendly, helpful and courteous, and his work was thorough and to the point. After the sale, Mr. Nelson followed up when he said he would and the service department got my truck in and out at the times promised and with the work done entirely to my satisfaction. More

I went in looking for a new/low mile used 2013 Chevy Equinox on a Monday evening. I was greeted by George Miller who ended up being our sales rep! It was nice to work with a dealer that wasn't trying to force me into a vehical I didn't come to look at. Just to make sure I did go to a few other Chevy dealers in Pensacola just to find myself completely disapointed in the high pressure sales approach that was taken and the lack of customer service. Of course I ended up back at Pete Moore! One thing I would like to comend Pete Moore and his staff on is that they keep the Sales Reps and Financing Reps seperate. George treated me like he would have anyone else, whether you have a 500 credit score or a 800 credit score! I have never been to another car dealer who has done this and it was very welcoming to me. Don in financing helped me tremendously. I never had to guess what was going on, he kept me up to date and assured me Pete Moore would beat the competition that I had visited prior. This was comforting since this was the largest purchase I have ever made. George and Don were the two associates that helped me directly however, not once did I walk by a Pete Moore employee that did not greet me and ask if they could get me a bottle of water. This was the most genuinely friendly group I have ever worked with. I must say they have beat the competitor and won me over as a life time customer! I normally do not take the time to do these surveys however I honestly feel when someone goes above and beyond like this crew did credit is deserved! I would recommend Pete Moore to everyone I know!
